Rewinding
We have the capacity to buy large volumes of nonwoven on large rolls and then convert it into smaller, more manageable rolls.

We can rewind nonwovens to a width  of 400-3200 mm. The diameter of the roll up to 1000 mm.

Slitting
We can also slit nonwoven rolls into sizes that fits directly in your production lines.

We slit nonwovens down to a width of 40 mm with a tolerance of maximum +/- 1 mm.

Fold
For nonwovens that need to be very wide, such as geotextile and cover fabric for cultivation, we can fold the material when rewinding it.

It also offers great advantages in terms of shipping and logistics if the width of the roll is no larger than 2 meters.

We can fold nonwovens with a maximum width of  3200 mm.

Sheet making
We make nonwoven sheets in sizes that can be fed straight into your production line.

We have two different machines that enables us to make sheets of both very thin nonwovens and thick nonwovens.

We are also able to sheet sticky nonwovens that have been coated with some type of adhesive.

We can make sheets of nonwoven of all thicknesses and in dimensions of 300-3000 mm – with a maximum area of 2300×3000 mm.

Packaging
We often pack nonwoven for our customers. We can pack in:

• plastic bags (sheets)
• plastic wrap (rolls)
• boxes.

We also offer special solutions – for example, we offer wipes in finished plastic jars. We can also print and / or put labels on the packages or include instructions
