Wet or Dry?

There is a huge wealth of wipes – both dry and wet, and in different pack sizes. It is also a market that is constantly growing. We specialize in delivering nonwoven for the manufacture of special wipes with special requirements.

While spunlace is a popular choice for wipes, wetlaid and chemically bonded nonwoven can also be used.

Soft
Both spunlace and chemically bonded nonwoven are very soft and skin-friendly materials. Wetlaid is more reminiscent of paper.

Durable and liquid resistant
The advantage of nonwoven is that it can withstand and absorb liquid very well compared regular paper, for example. The material also withstands perfume and other additives found in wet wipes.

The market for wipes is gigantic, and this is thanks to the amazing properties of nonwoven. We work with the customer to find the exact right properties – it needs to be soft yet able to absorb liquid. In many cases, we develop completely new materials for our customers.

What We Deliver:

We deliver spunlace, chemically bonded nonwoven and wetlaid for special wipes with very specific needs or requirements. We then also help to develop the material so it suits your particular needs.

We have Scandinavia’s largest range of nonwovens, but we also develop nonwoven based on needs.

Spunlace
Spunlace is the material most commonly used for wipes. It is water resistant, stretchy and – above all – very soft against the skin. All of our spunlace is supplied on rolls and has a weight of 40–120 g/sqm. We offer different spunlace products with different absorption capabilities.

Chemically bonded nonwoven
Chemically bonded nonwoven is a collective term for various types of nonwoven

material, with the most common being a mixture of viscose and polyester that has a very soft feel. We have both chemically bonded nonwoven in stock for immediate delivery and nonwoven custom manufactured based on your needs. You can also get the material in your choice of color.

Wetlaid
Wetlaid is more reminiscent of paper, but is nonetheless a softer material that withstands and absorbs liquids. Our wetlaid is supplied on rolls and is available in different sizes and thicknesses with the durability and permeability level you need.

NEWS: kit for special wipes!

We have a new offer with dry nonwoven on a roll that is packaged in a plastic jar for companies that provide their own cleaning formula.

We offer our wipes on a roll delivered in a plastic jar. We have a large selection of can sizes and both can and lid are available in different colors. We can also make sure that the jar is provided with your label.

Our nonwoven is delivered dry on a roll in the jar. The customer then refills with his unique cleaning liquid and closes the jar with the included aluminum lid.

The nonwoven wool is available in different nonwoven materials (eg spunlace, meltblown or wetlaid) with different properties that all withstand alcohol and chemical stress. The rolls contain perforated sheets so it is easy to pull each wipes.
