Chemically bonded nonwoven is most often used in snuff pouches due to its soft feel and permeable properties. All snuff manufacturers have their own preferences and requirements. We offer Scandinavia’s largest selection of nonwovens to choose from. We also have the opportunity to develop customer-specific materials for snuff pouches.

Adapted for your production
We cut and convert large volumes of nonwoven according to your measurements and production lines. Most often, the width of nonwoven is 27 to 45 mm – we convert to your exact measurements so that the material fits based on the conditions in your particular production.

Soft and flexible
Chemically bonded nonwoven is soft and suitable for products close to the skin such as snuff pouches. We help you find or develop the optimal material that keeps the snuff in the bag but lets just enough flavor and nicotine pass through. The material’s high welding strength ensures that the pouches does not break during use.

Of course, all the nonwovens we offer for the manufacture of snuff pouches are food approved and have all the necessary certificates. It is also available as titanium dioxide-free.

Fast deliveries
We have our own warehouse in Kristianstad in southern Sweden. We can therefore offer fast and flexible deliveries. You can also choose to keep your nonwoven in stock in our warehouse to further secure production.

We are used to working against forecasts so that our customers never run out of material.

R&D develops
In addition to our large range of nonwovens, we also help customers develop nonwovens that are specifically adapted to their needs. We help you produce a nonwoven that makes your snuff come to its right, regardless of whether it’s about thickness, tightness, perceived feeling under the lip or permeability.
